Texas Association of Meat Processors
Another successful year at the 2024 Texas Association of Meat Processors convention! We brought home some more hardware to add to our collection. In addition, we were awarded BEST OVERALL PRODUCT OF THE SHOW for our King Ranch Chicken Poultry Sausage (soon to be for sale in our retail showcase). There was some great competition amongst processors from all over the state. Congrats to all the winners!
So proud of our son, Hunter Nevlud, who put in the work this year with his Dad! The Brisket Mac n Cheese Sausage with Jalapeno was his idea and he brought it to the table and was awarded Grand Champion.
