We custom cut, wrap, and freeze your animal to your cut-sheet specifications.(See Various Cut-Sheets below)
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!! Call or stop by the plant to reserve your date. To ensure you get the date that you want, it’s best to set up your appointment at least 6 weeks in advance.
Calves MUST BE UNDER 30 months of age!
All animals must be in good health; State Inspector on-site daily
We also sell locally raised grain-fed beef from Berckenhoff Feedlot, Southern Livestock, Graham Land & Cattle, & M.C. Boedeker Agriculture. This can be processed to your specifications and is sold in front quarter, hind quarter, half, or whole.
Vacuum packaging of orders is also available at an extra charge.
*Effective September 1, 2023, all custom processing services (slaughter or deer) will be charged 3% convenience fee if paid by credit card.
