Cen-Tex Style BBQ Mini Rings

Two packages of (3) three mini rings. Replicating the Central Texas "Hot Sausage" or simply "Hot Guts", these rings are not typically "spicy hot", but rather a traditional and flavorful sausage that's "hot" smoked at higher temperatures than regular cold-smoked sausage. We leave the smoking up to YOU! Sausage is fresh, meaning its unsmoked and raw - must be cooked to 160 degrees internally.
